My ECO Lifestyle City wont load in its a white screen

I just got my eco-lifestyle and the city won't load in it just sits there as a white screen I have repaired it twice and without  anything working to fix it

What do you expect to see? white screen

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@ChristinaAlexa77  Try disabling Avast.  If it helps, you can set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe, TS4.exe, and Origin.exe.

I am also having the same issue when trying to load the Eco Lifestyle town. Attached my DxDiag.txt file

What happens when the bug occurs? the new eco-lifestyle world will not load in I can hear the game music playing but the world is not playable, just a white screen. Create-A-Sim doesn't work, I have to go back to the main page to get out of it. 
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the new world to play

@cktheodor  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, disable Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If that doesn't help either, put Origin in offline mode before you launch the game.

I asked this question on one of the Discord Servers and was advised to remove the TOOL mod by Twisted Mexi. Sure enough, that fixed the problem for me. Twisted Mexi needs to update the TOOL mod.
