My Computer will not except my Code for Sims3 Hidden Springs

I have the Sims3 Hidden Springs Disc along with Sims3 Monte Vista and Sims3 Dragon Valley but my system will not take my code, is there anyway you can send me new codes or tell me what to do with the codes I have, my system tells me that my codes have been redeemed but I can't interact with the games.

@s5315  I've moved your post to the Sims 3 PC tech section.

 

It sounds like the codes have already been added to your account, which is why they're already reading as redeemed.  Go to the store.thesims3.com, login with your Origin account details, and check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and the product pages for the worlds.

Can you download any of them from there?  It's best to do so one at a time, as the worlds are large files.  If you see a green Buy Now button on the world pages rather than a blue Download button, clear your browser cache, try a private window, or use a different browser.

I may have a similar issue.

 

I recently attempted to buy Dragon Valley on Origin. I tried to redeem it through The Sims 3 store and I got an error message saying it had already been redeemed.

 

I have started my own thread here to ask people about their experiences.

My advice right now is to contact the seller and request a refund as this is what I did. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.
