My Cc Is Not Showing up (Enabled) [ Edited ]

Hi, my Cc has been acting weird. This has been going on for about a month! So basically my Cc doesn't show up in my in-game mods folder, even when enabled. When you *click* on Contents to find all Cc it only show's purchased. Thank You (And sorry if this is confusing)
