My CC 3D eye lashes from Kijiko isn´t working

I have downloaded the 3d eye lashes from Kijiko and the doesn´t really work help me please !

sooo when i put them on in cas the look perfectly fine but whenever I go into game mode the look like trash and you cant even see that they are supposed to be eyelashes 

i have tried to change the graphics settings and it doesnt change it help.

If your sim wears any rings take it out. The skin details lashes use a ring slot,.so if you have a ring on, it'll cause all sorts of errors with your lashes.

Try to use the version of the lashes from accessories.
Another thing you can check on Kijiko website, whether these lashes still work after recent patches. See the date when it was created. If it is from three months ago then it may not work anymore.
