Moving store purchases to new computer

I just got a new computer and installed Sims3.  On my previous computer I had some items from the Sims3 Store.  Is there a way to transfer these purchases?  I was hoping there was a way to see all my purchases on Mypage and just install them from there, but there isn't.

When you are logged in, click user name and select My Store Account, then select Purchase History. Your purchases should be there unless they were a long time ago

I purchased the Monte Vista world from the store, but it doesn't show up on my purchase history.  Do I have to buy it again to put it on my new computer?
