Moving Get Together to other Origin Account

I accidentally bought Sims 4 Get Together on my origin account that doesn't have my base game, can I move it over to my other one that does have it?

Have been looking on EA Help pages for ages but just keeps telling me to get them to phone me but as it is late here in the UK is there not a way for me to find an email or live chat with them in order to do this?
