Move Files from OneDrive to PC [ Edited ]

I want to move my Sims 3 files (found on OneDrive under Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3) to my laptop's C: drive. I've seen solutions on how to do it, but they all say you have to disable your OneDrive, and I don't want to do that because I use my OneDrive for other things. So, is there a way to move my Sims 3 files to my PC without disabling OneDrive, and to also prevent the files from going onto OneDrive again?
