Mouse not working

I tried A wireles mouse, and i tried another one that plugs into the pc....and still nothin... This is frustrating!!... think i may just return the item, before my warrenty run out.... but, 1st tell me, what is happening?... I can't get the mouse to work at all.

How can you not get it to work ? Do you not see it ? Does it not move ?

It doesn't even show up at all, to even begin to play the game..... I tried a wireless mouse, and a regular mouse, still nothing.... I even uninstalled and then reinstalled it, still nothing. I works on all my other games, except Sims 4..... I'm thinking i am gonna have to return it or something, cause this has been a huge disapointment!.....
