i payed for sims 4 and it downloaded on my computer and lap top and it wont work on either of them it completley downloaded through origin but it wont let me play them so i am asking for a refund.. i dont think i should have to pay for the game if i can play it i bought the ultimate edition for 69.99..please contact me

You really should contact EA support - http://help.ea.com/en/the-sims/the-sims-4/
Click on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and request a call back. They can troubleshoot your problem and also refund you if they can't get it working.
