Mods show up under custom content

My mods are showing up under custom content, which makes them not work (I think). I've turned on script mods, tried repairing and updating my game, and nothing seems to work. Help?

It will have absolutely no influence on them working or not some CC have a Mod part too.. Check with the author for updates and instructions on how to use.
