Mods problem with create a sim

Hi, I'm sorry if this is already posted, I installed the game to my new pc , i already changed the game path and documents files to the 1TB that i have, copy and paste my Mods to the mods  folder i already see my mods when i start the game as a popup when you enable mods from the game, but when i go to the " Create a sim" i don't see my mods at all.. Can anyone help? Thanks

Don't know what particular mod you talk about but generally CC are visible in CAS but only a few Mods apply to CAS. Perhaps read the instruction on how to use your mod where you got it from.
