Hi this is my first time having to do this type of thing but I just got a new pc, I was downloading my sims again and everything was fine until I saw that one of my packs wasn't loading saying I needed to close the game and redownload it. I did that and it still didn't show. I do use cc and the cc I did use was all the old ones I had on my old pc. Can anyone help me out here? I don't have a clue about what to do. All my other packs load in just fine but it's the pack that was bought on steam(A friend of mine) So is it steam? and do I need to rebuy it?
