I purchased the world Monte Vista for the Sims 3 via the Sims store. The purchase is showing as completed, but the world isn't showing and I can't find it on the downloads dashboard. I'm annoyed about this, as the money has been taken, but the world that I purchased is nowhere to be found. I really need help with this. I've tried everything I can think of, but I can't find it. It's showing in my Billing History as complete, so what's going on?

Normally when you buy a world, you get a confirmation email with a product code that you then need to register on the Sims 3 Store site. The code would be 16 characters long, and you'd add it to your account by logging into the store, scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and clicking Redeem a Code. So please check your inbox for the code. If you don't find it, you could always contact EA customer support to get it; there should be a record of your purchase.
Once the world is registered, you'll need to manually download it from the store site, not Origin. You can do so from your Purchase History or directly from the Monte Vista product page.
