Missing Game Packs - The Sims 3

I'm re-downloading Sims 3 from my Origin account, but I noticed I'm missing 2 packs that I had bought and I can't find the disks or codes for any of them Is there a way to get them back or does this mean Origin has no record of me owning them? The missing packs are Supernatural and World Adventures.

Where did you but them? On Origin? Then they should be in your purchase history, please check your EA Account. Or did you previously activate them in your account? If so, please contact an EA Game Advisor and they might be able to help you locate them.

• In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
• Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
• Choose your platform
• Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
• Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
