Missing File in Origin Games Folder

Hi I am having an issue where cannot play my game because I do not have anything past 'Origin games" in the folder with my Program Files (x86)\ origin games\Sims 4\Game\Bin. I just reinstalling Origin and my game and it still wont work. Any suggestions? Basically my Sims 4\Game\Bin folders got deleted and I do not want to create a new user and lose all my save files.
