Missing Family

Hi,

I have been playing with a family since the game came out on Friday, but now when I try to play with them there is no photo of them appearing and the game zooms in on the picture of the house but doesn't load. Other households cannot visit the house either. When I tried to manage the household it said there were no members of the family. 

Can anybody help??

Yeah I have similar thing but only parts of families missing.

I had 2 of them.

One with twin sisters, one of them married with 2 kinds - kinds and husband missing.

Second family is simblings - brother and sister. And sister is missing
