Missing DLL, Error 0x7e

I'm getting:
"Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [msvcp120.dll] Error: 0x7E."

I already tried Repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Can-t-play-BF4-missing-DLL-MSVCP110-dll-Error-0x7E/m-p/183581... (with vcredist_x64.exe at \Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist). I have a 64-bit Windows 7 computer. I may have tried a couple of other things, but they must have been inconsequential enough that I don't remember them.

Any suggestions?
