Missing Content from Sims 4 Laundry Extra Content

I am missing the washing machine and dryer from the laundry extra content pack for the Sims 4. When I am in build mode, there is no hamper icon that would allow me to choose the laundry extra content. The only way to access the washing tub or clothesline is if I search it. However, this method does not work for the washing machine nor does it work fro the dryer. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

try right-clicking on the game in Origin and hit repair game.
