Menu bar disappeared?

I can see my house, people and everything, but the whole menu bar is gone and i am unable to click on any objects. I can't see my my sims needs or the faces on the side and bottom? Has happened eventually every game I play.

This is happening again to me now, July 23 2021!!! But only when I build on existing game lots?!
