Hello! It's been awhile since I can't play the sims 4 because it is soo slow. I really want to fix that, can anyone help me?

You should be able to have the site detect which drivers you'll need

But yeah, try putting your settings on med-low.

I did, but it is in french, I don't know if you can still understand.

It's fine. Doesn't' really matter what language it is in. It's more the tech stuff that interesting (+ I do know some french) :D

Checked your specs. Your computer is on the low side and your graphic chip drivers are old. Could you check if there are newer ones on the Intel Site: https://downloadcenter.intel.com

How many packs do you own ? And which ones ?

I have Get to work, City living, Cats and dogs and Vintage stuff.

What level do you have your graphics settings on ? Have you tried lowering those ?

I have them on high, because I felt like putting them on low was just so bad quality, but I guess I'll have to.

 It is telling me that there are no software updates available
