MY Penthouse Resets every time I load it.

I lose my new penthouse build (San Muschino) every time I go back into the game.

It keeps loading what I made the first time I loaded, which is about 5% of the build. I can go in and build and add to it, but when I come back all the new stuff is gone. Doesn't matter how many times I save it. The only saving grace has been that I can save it to the Gallery and re-download it the next day,

I don't know what to do, it doesn't happen to any other property.
