I had the same issue, Basemental was updated and I updated the version I had and that fixed the issue with placing doors. Except I can't replace my apartment front door because it "outside the owned area."

Yes, it is mods related error.
But there isn't a new version of this mod. Check the date - it was released four days ago!. And the info is that new version will be maybe in two or three days.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder, fix the game in Origin and play without mods. There is hotfix for MCC but nothing except that.

@TwizBit if you can, you might want to revert to a save before the patch dropped, so that the apartment front door hadn't disappeared yet.

If you haven't saved more than four times since the door disappeared, the game should still have old auto backups which you can see if you click Load from the main menu and click the Recover old saves button on the save game selection screen.

@MajaWiklund It was probably from the EA update. My doors were fine yesterday. They specifically did two things with doors and I can place everything else. Plus I removed my only door mod.

My game hasn't been working for the day bc of CC i fixed it though when i got into the game my doors and arches were gone and i cant place them now.
