[MOD/CC RELATED] My sim can walk on water [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.52.100.220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4 celebrity, cats and dogs, vampire, seasons and island living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to snorkle
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to get my sim to swim or snorkle, it always ends up with my sim walking around on/in the water, on top of the surface.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim swim around/snorkle
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@simbolicc There seem a few mods/cc that are causing this.

Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.

If all fails, try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.

Glad it's not just my Sim. Other Sims who are not mermaids are doing this too

@B3LLAG0TH It seems to be mod/cc related as I wasn't able to duplicate it on my game. Are you using any ?

no mod or cc in game sims stll doing the jc on h2o

Go to the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims4 folder.
Open this folder, look for localthumbcache.package file and delete it. Then look for Options file and delete it also The game will recreate it but without saved errors.
Than open Origin/ Library - right-click on TS4 option "repair game"
Check if your sim still does miracles and walks on the water
