@vinilla1426 There are currently several issues with Origin and macOS. If you still have OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), it may help to download a legacy version of Origin instead. (To find out which version you run, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select About This Mac.) Here's the solution in the master thread on this issue, with more information in the surrounding discussion:

Start by running the Origin reset tool, and if that doesn't help, disabling proxies.
