Lunar update glitching my game

Since the lunar update, my game has been glitching like crazy. First, the main screen was flashing. I fixed that by adjusting the graphics settings, but there was still a really bad lag when I tried to actually play and the game took forever to load. I tried to repair through Origin, but that made it worse. The lag was worse and then it started glitching. What should I do?

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
