Lot shadows stuck on screen

Does anyone else have a problem with a huge shadow hovering over your lot at all times. It looks like the shadows that normally are on your lot (under trees, on your house ect.), but they are just one big shadow constantly on your screen. Its almost like the shadow is attached to my screen and not to the game. I even have a stuck shadow of my sim even though she is nowhere near it. I think it came after the last update (on 04.28.21), but I didn't open my game for a little while after the update, so i'm not sure. I do use mods, but the problem is still there when I take them out.
