Lost save game

My game has just installed the recent patch.

Now I run the game and there is no option to load game. Therefore I cannot resume from my previously saved game I was playing, I can only start over by entering CAS.

Please help

I have exactly the same problem! When I open the game there is no option (button on high right) to load the games like there are no saves at all, but they are in my saves folder.

You guys are not able to press the Play button? Going to get a pic for you right now to show you what I mean...

The game works similarly to the Sims 2, which means that you access your families by going into the neighbourhood.

Right, so you press this button to Play when the game loads up instead of going through CAS. If I'm not mistaken, you have to go through CAS the very first time, but afterwards, you don't.

Then with getting to your various households - you go through the Play button. At the top of the screen (I have merged two pics together) you can switch between the worlds. The Green Plumbob over a household indicates that that is a family that you have played with.
