I got a new computer and went to redownload the Sims 3, on my old computer I had bought and downloaded all the expansion packs but on my new computer I only have two. Anything I can do to fix this?

@GemmePlays Just checking, but none of your missing packs are listed as owned? If you downloaded the "starter pack," which comes with only two packs, the others might not have automatically downloaded. Click on the Sims 3 icon in your Origin game library, select More > Expansion Packs (you might have to scroll down a bit), then see if your other packs are available to download.
Otherwise, if you used discs on your old computer, it's possible that the codes for your missing packs were never registered. In that case, you can register them to your Origin account now. If you don't have the codes handy, you may be able to find them on your old computer.

It's also possible you registered the packs on a different account, either in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site (www.thesims3.com). In that case, you'd need to contact EA customer support to ask that your accounts be merged.

If these packs were originally downloaded from Origin on your old computer, you'll need to ask support what happened to them. Again, it's possible you had two accounts, and the packs are on the other account, in which case you can ask that they be merged.

I have sort of the same issue.
It shows on EA that I have all my sims3 worlds but origin doesn't show them and wont download them. It also wont let my reuse the redemption codes again so how do I get my Sims3 worlds to download from Origin?

@tsw_2008 Standalone worlds need to be downloaded from the store, not Origin. Go here:
https://store.thesims3.com/worldProductDetail.html?categoryId=12642
Sign in with the same email address and password you use for Origin, click on each world you own, and press the Download button. It's best to download and install one world at a time, check in-game to make sure it's working, then download the next one.
