Lost expansion packs

I recently switched from a Dell to a Mac (2x) where I had university, into the future, pets, generations, world adventure, island paradise and seasons when I switched to my first Mac last year all my expansion packs transferred over but now on my new Mac I'm missing into the future, university life and seasons they're also not showing up in my origin or my sims 3 account but I have badges from all of them. Does anyone know what I can do or who should I get in contact with to resolve this

@bsstackz  You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your missing packs.

It would be helpful to provide the codes for the missing packs, so the support rep can look them up directly.  Since your first Mac had all your packs installed, you may still be able to find the codes there.  Here's how:
