@Starlylane That depends on whether the saves were deleted or just moved. Do you have OneDrive enabled? If so, please check in OneDrive's version of Documents; your Sims 4 data may have been moved there automatically. In that case, you can move the content to your desktop, disable OneDrive or prevent it from automatically syncing Documents, and put the saves back in the local Sims 4 folder.
If this isn't the issue, you can search your hard drive for any saves. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter Slot_* in the search field. This should turn up all saves that are anywhere on your hard drive. If you find the ones you're looking for, you can simply move them back to the proper location, although it would be interesting to know where they were.
