Lost all my game progress Sims 4

I recently bought two Sims 4 stuff packs and after downloading them, I opened back the game. I soon came to realize that all my game progress has been lost. Everything is gone - families, the houses I built, apartments... I looked at the Sims 4 saves folder on my computer and my data is still there. How can I regain saved data? Thanks

Hi @nicoleannap

do you have a load button on your main menu ? Do your saves show up when you press that ?

If not, are you using oneDrive or any other cloud storage services ?
