Log in issues

I have had sims 4 for many years now and everything has been completely fine.  But recently it has started to be glitching. On the top of the screen the pixels glitch the hole time which playing. But I now cannot access sims. I can log onto the origin with my EA details but it asks me to enter 20 digit serial code which has already been “redeemed” so therefore it won’t let me play. So what should I do

If you open Origin and log in to the account you have the Sims 4 on you can just click it in your game library.
