Loading Gallery and Edit Households Crashed

Hi, when I try to go on the community gallery and manage worlds in different households to change the Sims look its keep loading for a minute then crashed with no error message. I did repaired the game, took off all of CCs and Mods its still does the same thing it wasn't like this in the past few weeks and months idk what happened.

In addition to removing all Mods and CC also delete localthumbcache.package. The game will recreate it.
