So i recently purchased a key off ebay from a legit seller and i got the key redeemed it and downloaded it then it gave me licence limit reached anyone help please? email me if you can (edit by Community Manager: please do not post personal information here)

First you should not post any personal information on here.

 

I think the best thing to do is contact the seller.
