Left click not responding

I have tried multiple mice, currently using logitech G700. 

I try to left click to have my sim do ANYTHING, and it is not responding. But I can click things like menu buttons... any ideas?

p.s 

I can pick up dishes my SIM has made, but cannot interact with objects...
