Launcher problem

Hey!
I've got a problem again. Today i had an update for The Sims 3. Updated the game and now my TS3 launcher doesn't see bonus content i've got. It sees one of 3 DLCs(TS3 University Life/World Adventures/Dream Ambitions <- the only one it sees) i have. It doesn't show my bonus content installed - Worlds(got 3 Worlds bought from the shop but noone of them seems to be installed despite i have installed them before). Origin sees my DLCs in my library. Tried to reinstall all DLCs but nothing happened. All TS3 games i have are digital, noone of games is installed using CD.

@simAzeroth  I've moved your post to the Sims 3 PC tech section.

 

For the missing packs (World Adventures and University Life), please try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support to make sure the packs are still active on your account.  Be sure to ask the support rep to specifically check the status of each pack.

The worlds wouldn't show up in your launcher, since they're not separate packs.  Try to start a new save, and check to see whether those worlds are listed as options in the dropdown menu.  If not, let me know, and I'll write out steps to uninstall and reinstall them.

Clearing cache/hard uninstall didn't work. It still shows that my launcher got one expansion installed while Origin says i've got all three i had.

@simAzeroth  Then your next move is to contact EA customer support and ask whether the packs on your account are still active.  Please let me know either way—if the packs are active, and they still won't show up, this is a new issue that needs to be addressed.

@puzzlezaddict One of three DLCs is shown in The Sims 3 launcher. Origin sees all 3 i have. Passed 7 EA agents, unfortunately noone of them helped me.
