Last Update, Messed up Mod Folder BIG time

My Mod Folder got messed up really bad after this last update, I took out all the mods from the folder, but when i log into game, mods are in the game still, and the mods folder got copied somehow after that update, and was hidden, i found the copy and deleted everything, but not sure if game is ok to play now, it loads up but Mods are still there, I wish EA would fixed this, its rediculous that we have to go through this everytime there is a dang update.
