Re: Changing the language of The Sims 4

@DianaRQ  Yes, that's what it means.  If you buy the version available in Poland, you can only play in Polish, Russian, or Czech.

If you want to play in English, you'll need to buy the game while in a country that offers the global version, and while your Origin storefront is set to that location; buy a physical copy from a store that's in a country that offers the global version; or buy a digital download key for the global version, but read the fine print to make sure that's what you're getting.  Here's a list of authorized vendors of EA products:

You'll also probably need to have the current version of Sims 4 removed from your account.  You can request this from EA customer support.

I don't work for EA. I'm just trying to help fellow players with their games.

Dot.: Language problem

★★ Novice

When Base Game is free now, you can download IT from Steam in every language that it supports. When installed from Steam, EA app will download every pack you have and they will download in language that you installed Base Game in. You just need Steam AND EA app to run it. Steam also makes it easier to change language when you have your game installed, because you don't need to redownload it all.

Assign me XP if that helped,
