Hello,
after the new Origin update I am unable to start the game.
The error message after trying to launch the game is:
Unable to start
The current user is not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language

Have you tried manually reinstalling Origin yet: https://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/ ?

I have reinstalled the whole game and it works. But thank you very much for your suggestion.
The game is in Czech again so I really hope, the next update will run smoothly and the text/code bug is solved by now.
