Keys doesnt't work when Sims 4 start

Hello.

When I start the game i have problem with keys 1,2,3 (slow or speed the time) and mouse not work. It's so uncomfortable 'cuz I must turn off and second time start the game - sometimes it's work, sometimes not to fix my problem. I read on forum that is mass issue - not only on mine game. Pls help me with this BUG , I want play normally, without problems.

Can you try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and see if the issue still occurs?

If it doesn't, you can turn on programs gradually until you find the interfering one.
