No one has attempted to help me and you all have cut your phone line so you can't be reached HORRIBLE SERVICE! I paid 60 dollars of my money for sims 4 and no one can assist me with my now unplayable game????? I'll never buy from you all again. HORRIBILE

Check your Origin game library. That is where the SIms 4 should be. If it isn't, you need to contact EA Live Support.
