Keep geting

So I  purchased The Sims 3 World Bundle off Origin and I was told I had to download the pack from the store and put the code in but when I went to install Monte Vista from the Sims 3 launcher, I keep getting an error message.

@SuperGirlLivy21  Are you trying to download directly from the Sims 3 Store?  Try using the download link in the product page for Monte Vista:

https://store.thesims3.com/montevista.html?categoryId=12642&section=UpSell

If it's not working, try a different browser.  Firefox is usually more reliable than Chrome or Safari.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error message you're seeing.

Yess it worked! I'm surprised downloading off Firefox would make a difference, Thank you so much for your help.
