Just got billed for Sims 4 Digital Deluxe pre-order, but receipt... [ Edited ]

Did anyone else have this issue when billed today for Sims 4?  Says "Not Eligible" for Life of the Party or Up all Night bonuses??  Copied receipt to show you:  I called EA and they said they no nothing about it and to call back if the game does not work.(removed for security reasons)

I can see both in your account and it should work. If it doesn't once the game is released (but that's highly unlikely) please contact us. It is noted down in your account that you should get this DLC and we will make sure that you get it.
