Just brought the Sims3, but can’t play game, show me black screen, can refund?

I just brought the Smis3 last night, but the game couldn’t run from my Laptop, my laptop just brought this year i7 and with the high configurations. Now once I on the Sims3 the laptop show me black screen, still got the music, but nothing shown up.
Can I refund? Now game need me to force it off the laptop few time already.

Is your computer a pc or mac? If you have Windows 10 is .net framework enabled? The launcher requires .net framework to run. Sometimes you have to tweak the video settings. As you don't post your computer specs it is hard to guess what the problem is and it seems your only interested in a refund.
