Jungle adventure not loading/missing

I’ve already repaired my game and I opened it back up. And the game pack wasn’t there and I’ve already installed origin. I don’t know what to do at this point since everything else in the game is working. So does anyone know how to fix this problem????

Please uninstall Origin. Then download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/dnk/en-us/store/download
After installation login to the account you have The Sims 4 on. Rightclick the game in your game library and select Repair.

I’ve already done that and I’ve repaired it about three times now.

I already did that the  expansion pack won’t work or rather even load but I paid for it. So this is basically a waste of money and my time .

@gabbygoddess  Are you missing Jungle Adventure or a different pack?  Does Origin think it's installed, does it offer you a Download button, or are you asked to buy the pack again?
