Jungle Adventure not showing in Origin

I purchased Jungle Adventure but it is not showing up in Origin. The Downloading button is grayed out but it doesn't seem to be downloading. On the EA site, it says I purchased it plus I have the receipt of purchase.

Click the Sims 4 in Game Library and look under extras for any addons.
