Job Bugs [ Edited ]

I have an issue, With teen jobs, When I click go to work, They stop what they are doing and seem to flash, But they don't go to work and eventually get fired for never appearing. Please help. This has been happening for a while.

This is a sims4 bug, Does anybody else experience this?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
