Job Agency calls all my young adult females to check out gigs, even non actors

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, maybe if one of your played sims is an actor than that'll happen too
What happens when the bug occurs? A window pops up, calling my sims to check gigs. It says something like "hey (name of one sims (usually young adult female in the household)) it's your job agency, check out this gig offers etc". The problem is, it happens when I'm playing households and sims who are not actors. It even happens with sims that are actors but who already have an audition or a gig planned. It'll happen to all my young adults female, one time it's gonna be for one and the next it's gonna be for her sister.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see nothing? Like, this isn't supposed to be happening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So, this glitch first happened to me last night. My sim, who is an actress, got a notification to check gig offers, except she already had a gig planned. I thought it was just another random glitch (cause this career has soooooo many glitches) but then I changed households and it kept happening anyway, to my other sims who aren't even actors. It happens once every two (in game) days I think? Not sure, I guess it's something that's supposed to happen to inactive actors who haven't worked in a while but it's broken? I don't think it's a mod, and I can't really test my game without mods. I did remove my 'acting better pay mod' though just to try it out, since it's my only mod interfering with the acting career, and the glitch still happened anyway.

Has this happened to anyone else?

@Carlie_M_Cullen Please do test without mods. Create a backup of your save, then remove your mods, delete localthumbcache.packge, then test your save.

You can also start a fresh save that never had mods in to see.

To be sure it's an EA and not a mod issue, all bug reports must be tested on vanilla games.

This topic is... how old? More than a year? And the bug has still not been fixed? Can I have the money back that I spent on the interior designer pack please?

Cuz it turns out every god damn DLC is just making the game more buggy and less fun.

I receive this message every 24 hours, no matter which Sim I am playing. This one - Single household - Is in the Astronaut Career. Never touched the freelancer or the interior design.
