Its not working

When I try to play this game It sometimes doesnt allow me,  I have to go to files , go to computer than the disc , which is sims 4, click it than it will say install and it does that and pulls up the game.  When going to origin it does not allow me to click play , the play button is a shade of gray.  My way on getting to the game:robotsad: has not been working and Im fed up.  I love this game but this has been going on for too long

The Play button in Origin is gray

Make sure your game is updated to the newest version (see above). If that is the case and the play button is still gray, try the following things

• Restart Origin
• Right click on the Game in Origin and hit Repair Game
• Delete your Origin Cache files
• Log out and back in
