Items disappearing from inventory

I've never experienced this before but since the latest update I've noticed items disappearing from my sims inventory. The update could be a coincidence as my sim is a scientist and the first time I've played this for a while. Items I've noticed going missing are harvestables, collectables - crystals, metals, career crafted items (serums, simray). I've recently knocked the NPCs on the head due to issues and repealed them all so don't believe this is an issue.

@sharonlynette Are you getting any lastExceptions on travelling ?

Does it happen constantly on travelling ? Like you get new stuff, travel and then it's gone ?
